How to make a claim

As an active member of BOBTAIL MEDI-CARE, you are eligible to claim for up to R5 000 per claim submission towards an annual total limit of R10 000 of benefits.

All claims need to be done through the BOBTAIL MEDI-CARE app.

Step 1.

Make sure you have an active membership by buying BOBTAIL Dry Dog Food on a monthly basis and uploading your slips.

Step 2.

Click the CLAIM button and follow the required steps.

Step 3.

Get Reimbursed!!
